Indi in the Outdoors: Taking a Leap

Transcript:

This is Indi Young with a quick tip video for you here at Island Lake in the Uinta Mountains of Utah. In this video, I want to talk about doing something scary.

Like, just getting up your nerve to jump in and let go in a listening session. When you want to find out another person's perspective, you have to get over your nerves. You have to get over the scary things that you believe about that person.

And sometimes the jump is too big. So, you can start with a smaller cliff. Try it with a stranger you meet at the grocery store or maybe at the transit center, and just try talking to them. See what they say. And you'll start to become more and more comfortable. Then you can make the big leap.

That's it for this quick tip video. Thanks, and enjoy the view.
